The client wanted to localize and upgrade their Joomla website in two languages: Swedish and Chinese. The existing content on the website was translated to Chinese by Google Translator, which means the localization, was of very poor quality. They assigned us the job of translating the website into simplified Chinese and then updating the translated content on their website. For language translation- CCJK assigned the translation to skilled translators to completely revamp the content of client’s website.
- As we are a corporate member of American translators’ association (ATA), we follow ATA guidelines to run a strict TEP (translation, editing and proofreading) process for every project to make sure of top quality. The services include translation + independent editing + independent proofreading + final reviewing by professional project manager.
- To make sure highest translation accuracy and preciseness, we assigned 3 qualified and proficient language experts and linguists to the project. We translate from scratch by a linguist, then pass the translated documents to another editor for reviewing, and finally to a 3rd proofreader for polishing.
- As the client wanted to update their website from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 2.5, so during website redesigning phase, we finished the translation. After the website is built, we copy our translation and add articles to the backend of the website.
