About the project:
Weber Shandwick Thailand wanted to translate its material of “Landfill free release_ENG v2”from English to Thai. CCJK team made a careful analysis and assigned the project to our relevant translators.

Our solution for language translation:

1. All translation tasks were finished by native translators with abundant experience. There were a total of 811 words to be translated. Without taking any trial test, the client assigned the task to CCJK.

2. This was because the client and CCJK had great confidence in each other. The client said this task is just “test the water” Before assigning this job, the client asked some questions like” what’s the price for English to Thai translation, what’s the daily production, do translators work overtime or weekends?

3. If so, do CCJK charge overtime fee?, etc” CCJK answered the client’s questions in detail. And the client showed satisfaction to CCJK’s service attitude. CCJK carried out strict TEP procedure, namely from translation, editing and proofreading.

4. CCJK team assigned this task to native Thai translators professional in automotive field. The client demanded that the translation should be delivered at noon the next day.

5. In most cases, this seemed to be very hard to deliver in such a tight time. While CCJK had a very rich resource team professional in Thai translation. CCJK freelancer translators responded very fast and delivered the translation in time.

6. After translation, CCJK assigned another editor to edit the translation work. Eventually, CCJK completed the task by promised time.
